Find out about funding possibilities
Funding provided by the establishment
Each year, the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour finances or co-finances a certain number of new doctoral contracts that are the subject of specific calls for projects. ( See Apply For a UPPA Thesis offer )
Industrial agreements for training through research (CIFRE)
To be eligible for a CIFRE, you must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Master's degree and be enrolled in a doctoral programme, regardless of nationality or age.
Once the hiring company, which must be incorporated under French law, and the academic laboratory, which must be attached to a doctoral school, have been identified, applications must be submitted on the ANRT website. (more info)
