What to do if... ?
I contact the Centre for Doctoral Studies (CED) at admin.ced @ univ-pau.fr. (admin.ced @ univ-pau.fr)
Victims or witnesses of violence, discrimination, moral or sexual harassment, or sexist behaviour can contact UPPA's harassment unit by sending an alert form via email (signalement @ univ-pau.fr (signalement @ univ-pau.fr)), confidential mail, or by visiting the medico-psycho-social and prevention department. Upon receipt of the report, a unit member will promptly offer to arrange a meeting with you at a neutral and confidential location.
I refer them to the members of the Individual Monitoring Committee (CSI) at the mandatory annual meeting prior to each re-registration of the thesis. The CSI members will note any difficulties encountered and may suggest ways of resolving them. The ED director will propose a meeting to discuss the situation. Mediation with my thesis supervisor(s) and the director of the research unit to which I am attached may be organised to find a solution.

If there is a violation of scientific integrity and the rules governing the practice of research and higher education, I may report the matter to the UPPA's Scientific Integrity Officer, who will meet with the parties and take the necessary steps to remedy the violation and, if necessary, refer the matter to the University's Ethics Committee or Disciplinary Board.
I refer to my thesis supervisor(s) and unit director.
